Its been a while! I believe that God can never fix the messes we make. God stands by us, gives directions for all that we must do to fix them. It is up to us to listen to the instructions as given. Have you listened today?
ReplyDeleteListen to me, do you! People may not appreciate you when you try to do good things. They may try to undermine you though they smile with you. Choose your friends carefully. Smiling faces do not always speak the truth. The good news is that when you walk with ultimate reality, you do not mentally get sucked in and run over! Now go do some good for your self and with yourself, and when you are done, pat yourself on the shoulder, and keep on stepping! That is good enough.
ReplyDeleteI had an opportunity to have a discussion today with a woman in Ghana named Adelaide Frempong. Adelaide lost an arm to disease and is dying of HIV/AIDS. She had just lost a daughter to AIDS and her husband is in the final stages of AIDS. The next time you think your life is so hard, consider trading places with Adelaide. You shall suddenly love you life. Start living already!

ReplyDeleteChineke's(God) treatment toward those who suffer. Divine forgiveness which provides a new opportunity. We should have two thoughts daily, survival and the different forms it takes and being the cause and the reason of good in the lives of others others. Be a student of love...rapture!

ReplyDeleteThis is the nature of life at the highest level. Chineke(Ultimate reality) is love. Love is Chineke. Understating this creates harmony, peace and love in your life. It creates emotional stability and transformation and unity of all you care about. In its lesser form, it is an emotional attachment we have for and share with each other. I had an evening off from all my daily grind so here I am sharing words of wisdom... at least for me. It is motivation at its highest!
Overcoming Obstacles
ReplyDeleteToday I received a message that a project I had been working so hard and long for shall become a reality! This is what hapens when you believe in obedience and honoring the most high including trusting and honoring yourself. It is an outgrowth of discipline and test of character. I love looking at who looks back at me in the mirror. We both take it to the highest emotional and mental level while leaving the shadows behind. I simply got off the lower rung and started climbing. I did not look down as I passed the bottom feeders, naysayers and the should-have, would-have, could-have, and no you can't brigade! I kept climbing! And they say the mountain top is a hard climb, ha!...keep climbing folks. Yes you can!!

ReplyDeleteAfrican women are taking the responsibility to uplift their communities understanding that there are no Knights in shinning armors waiting to jump over the moats to bring about our salvation. We are moving mountains and bagging pebbles. Lets do this!

Everyone has a story to tell no matter how little. We have family members walking around in a daze, looking for attention but we ignore them. We assume that they are naturally quiet. We overlook the tell-tale signs that all is not well. We ignore their requests for our attention because we have too much to do...the job...the vacuuming...the cooking...the laundry...the cleaning...the soap opera... the parties...the this, that, and the other...the nonchalance. If you have a 'quiet one' in the family...hug them! If you have a lonely one...talk to them! If you have an angry one...listen! If we fail to offer them our TIME, the druggie down the street will have their HEART. So DON'T waste time...reach out today..give him/her a story to tell!!
Happy Birthday to everyone who did not receive a cake, a hug, a dinner out or any tenderness or good wishes on their special day...but know that you are loved today!. Be grateful that life has invited you in and the universe has lit a candle in the celebration of you! We are pumping up the volume to dance a few takes in your honor! We have raised the curtains and the blinds as we do it up for you! You are what life is all about, you are a survivor...keep moving forward!
